Product Description
1. Overview of the Precious Metal Extraction Electric Furnace
The precious metal extraction electric furnace is a DC electric arc furnace specially developed for recovering gold, silver and platinum group metals from refractory ores, smelting slag, industrial tailings and secondary resources. By applying high temperature DC arc reduction smelting, the furnace vitrifies the gangue into slag while collecting precious metals into a recoverable alloy phase, achieving high metal recovery efficiency with low energy consumption.
2. Main Structure and Components
The equipment consists of the water-cooled furnace shell, graphite electrode system with DC power supply, feeding system, tapping system, fume collection unit, cooling water circuit and PLC automatic control system. The furnace is designed for continuous or batch operation according to the customer process requirement.
