High carbon chromium alloy smelting:
  In this project, high carbon chromium alloy is smelted by flux method. The high carbon chromium alloy is obtained by reducing the chromium oxide of chromium ore with coke and adjusting the melting point of slag with flux.
  Conforming raw materials, higher furnace temperature, good chemical and physical properties of slag, large reaction area, are the necessary conditions to ensure the high carbon chromium alloy smelting furnace condition.

  The raw material condition has great influence on the operation rate and product quality of the ore furnace. The requirements for raw material conditions are more strict, especially the requirements for stable ore composition, suitable particle size, low moisture content and so on. Excessive use of powdered raw materials with high moisture content is easy to cause equipment safety accidents.

Working characteristics of ore furnace:
  The working characteristics of the furnace are determined by the short-circuit circuit (including short-circuit, concentrator, flexible cable and electrode inductance and resistance), its resistance affects the loss of the circuit, and the inductance value of the circuit affects the power factor of the circuit and the furnace power, the resistance of the short-circuit circuit is determined by the structure of the short-circuit, which can not be changed. Reducing the inductance value of the loop is the most effective and fundamental way to improve the loop power factor and the furnace power.

 

Ventilation dust removal facility process description:
  The flue gas produced in the smelting process of high-carbon ferrochrome furnace is collected by the smoke hood, and the flue gas is collected by the collecting hood when the iron and slag are extracted from the high-carbon ferrochrome furnace. The flue gas is led to the gravity dust collector for secondary separation through the smoke pipe, and the unburned carbon particles and large particles in the flue gas are forcibly removed. The rough-treated flue gas is pressed into the dust collector by the main fan. The very fine powder enters the filter bag with the air flow, falls into the ash hopper after the three-state ash cleaning under the action of reverse suction air, and falls directly into the collection bag or skip car through the star-shaped ash discharge valve. The flue gas purified by the filter bag is emptied from the top shutter of the dust collector, and the flue gas dust concentration is less than 5mg/Nm³, which fully meets the national emission standards.
