Product Overview


Full water-cooled electric arc furnace is a mainstream high-efficiency steelmaking furnace in modern industry. Key components including furnace shell, furnace wall, furnace roof and electrode cross arm adopt full water-cooled structure design, abandoning large-area refractory brick masonry. It features high temperature resistance, long service life, low maintenance, high smelting efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, suitable for scrap steel smelting, special steel casting and short-process steelmaking production lines.

1. Main Equipment Composition


  1. Full Water-Cooled Furnace Body

    Adopt split-type full water-cooled furnace shell and water-cooled furnace wall with closed circulating water-cooled interlayer structure, greatly reducing the use of refractory materials, with high temperature erosion resistance and low deformation.

  2. Full Water-Cooled Furnace Roof

    Integral annular full water-cooled structure, equipped with central electrode hole and side dust removal & smoke exhaust interface, featuring good sealing performance, fast cooling and long service life.

  3. Electrode Lifting System

    Full water-cooled conductive cross arm, servo hydraulic / electric lifting drive, with sensitive adjustment, stable electric arc and low energy consumption.

  4. Tilting & Charging Mechanism

    Hydraulic furnace tilting, furnace roof lifting and rotating mechanism, matched with top-mounted scrap steel basket for fast charging and high automation.

  5. Electrical Control System

    High-power electric arc furnace transformer, low-impedance short network, PLC intelligent control system, supporting one-key start-stop, automatic arc stabilization and full interlock protection.

  6. Auxiliary Systems

    Closed circulating water cooling system, dust removal & smoke exhaust system, oxygen & carbon injection lance system, hydraulic control system, with complete supporting equipment.
