Unigear ZS1 air insulated metal enclosed switch gear is designed and developed by ABB Calor Emag SchaltanlagenAG company. It is equipped with ABB Group's most advanced VD4 Vacuum Circuit Breaker and the most advanced and reable control and protection unit. Its advanced technology is the representative of air insulated metal enclosed switch gear in the world.In addition to the type test of unigear ZS1 switch gear in accordance with the requirements of International ectrotechnical Commission (IEC)and Chinese national standard(GB),relevant tests are also carried out in accordance with the requirements of Classification Society(LR,DNV,RINA,BV和GL). At the same time, it also passed the internal arcing test to prove that it can effectively ensure the personal safety of operators and reduce the loss of equipment and production process. Inpractice, internal arcing is rare or even impossible.
HX type three-phase steel arc furnace process flow:
Unigear ZS1 switch cabinet consists of two parts: fixed cabinet and removable parts. The cabinet is divided into four different functional units: bus room, circuit breaker room, cable room and low voltage room by partition.
The shell and partition of the switch cabinet are made of high-strength and corrosion-resistant aluminum zinc coated steel plate. After being processed and bent byCNCmachine tools, they are riveted by bolts on special fixtures, which ensures the uniformity of size and high mechanical strength. The protection level of switch cabinet shell reaches IP4X, and the protection level is IP2X when the door of circuit breaker room is opened.
Pressure relief devices are instal led at the top of circuit breaker room, bus bar room and cable room. When the internal arc fault occurs,
the internal air pressure of the switch gear increases, and the top pressure relief device will automatically open to release pressure and discharge gas. The special sealing ring instal led on the door seals the cabinet door to ensure the personal safety of operators. When the adjacent switch gear is spliced together, each metal side plate is separated fromeach other, and a 4mm air buffer layer is formed between the side plates to slow down the impact of arc fault on the temporary cabinet. The through wall partition between the bus-bar chambers can ensure that the arc fault will not spread to the adjacent switch gear, so as to reduce the loss ofequipment and production process.
Unigear ZS1 switch gear has various anti misoperation functions to meet the requirements of "five prevention" interlocking. At the same time, it also adopts uniform electric field design. All the main circuit buses are rounded and covered with insulating heat shrinkable sleeves produced by American Raychem company,while the exposed parts of the lap jointsare insulated with insulating materials. Through uniform electric field design and composite insulation design,the overall size of the switchgear is reduced to ensure reasonable and compactstructure. Moreimportantly, its installation, operation and maintenance can be carried out in front of the cabinet to minimize the customer's investment in civil engineering.
