Product Description
The electrice arc furnace for steel-making is a special purpose equipment that makes ordinary steel, quality carbon steel alloy steel and non-corrosive steel with electric arc as heat source and scrap steel (iron) as raw material.
Features
1.Type:turning and opening the furnace cover and loading from top. 2.Adopting energy saving type heavy current flow line structure with large section water-cooled cable, water-cooled copper tube, water-cooled compensator as well as three-dimensional equilateral triangle layout.
3.Adopting moment motor type automatic regulator for electrode positioning,capable of both manual and automatic performance. 4.Adopting hydraulic transmission for both furnace body tilting and furance cover lifting;integrated block type hydraulic valves. 5.Adopting programmable Logic controller (PLC)for electic control. 6.Adopting pressure and water temperature monitoring for cooling water system.User shall set up an elevated water tank to prevent power cut accident.
7.Adopting pneumatic mode for both furance door opening /closing and electrode gripping.
