Product Description

Working principle:
Using the high temperature generated by electrode arc to melt special alloys, electrical energy is input into the furnace through graphite electrodes or other special electrodes. An arc is formed between the electrode end and the furnace material, converting the electrical energy into heat energy to melt the special alloy raw materials in the furnace and complete the high-temperature metallurgical reaction.


Structure Design:
Furnace body: It is often made of all stainless steel material, such as square or vertical cylindrical structures, with double-layer water-cooled walls, which can effectively cool down, prevent corrosion, extend the life of the furnace body, and maintain a stable working environment.
Electrode system: Water cooled electrodes, such as tungsten or graphite electrodes, are usually used, which can move 360 degrees and adjust their position flexibly to meet different melting needs, with less electrode consumption during melting.
Vacuum system: Equipped with a high vacuum system consisting of mechanical pumps, diffusion pumps, or molecular pumps, it can achieve high vacuum inside the furnace and meet the requirements of special alloys for melting environment.
Observation and control device: equipped with a large aperture observation window for real-time observation of the furnace situation, and also equipped with an operation simulation screen for intuitive display of control data, achieving PC/PLC fully automatic control and manual touch screen control.


Performance characteristics:
High temperature melting capability: capable of producing temperatures above 3000 ℃, meeting the melting needs of high melting point special alloys such as tungsten molybdenum palladium iridium.
Accurate temperature control: It can precisely control the furnace temperature, ensuring the stability and uniformity of temperature during the melting process of special alloys, and ensuring the consistency of alloy composition and properties.
Flexible atmosphere control: By adjusting the atmosphere inside the furnace, such as vacuum, inert gas protection, etc., it is possible to prevent easily oxidizable elements in special alloys from being oxidized and improve alloy quality.
High melting efficiency: The arc discharge directly acts on the furnace charge, resulting in high energy conversion efficiency. It can complete the melting of special alloys in a short period of time, improving production efficiency.
