The complete machine consists of five modules: tapping opening mechanism, clay gun plugging mechanism, traveling slewing mechanism, hydraulic power station and control system. Two independent execution units for drilling and plugging work without mutual interference.

    Adopts hydraulic combined drive for rock drilling and cutting. Hard alloy wear-resistant drill bits conduct rotary impact drilling. The drill rod retracts automatically after operation to avoid high-temperature molten metal burning. A tapping hole can be fully penetrated within 3 minutes with smooth hole shape without damage to furnace lining.
  2. Clay Gun Plugging Unit

    Large-capacity mud cylinder matched with high-pressure mud pushing cylinder squeezes refractory tapping clay to tightly seal tapping holes. Multi-angle slewing positioning ensures tight plugging to prevent molten metal leakage. Single plugging operation takes only 1 minute and extends tapping hole service life by over 3 times.
  3. Traveling & Slewing Adjustment Unit
