The Cold Slag Rock Wool Electric Furnace is the core melting equipment for rock wool/slag wool production lines. It uses electric energy as the heat source to melt raw materials such as basalt, slag, and fly ash at a high temperature of 1450–1550℃. It precisely controls the temperature and flow rate of the melt, providing stable molten slurry for the centrifuge and ensuring the production of high-quality rock wool. It is an energy-saving, environmentally friendly and efficient alternative to traditional cupola furnaces, widely used in high-end thermal insulation, fire prevention and sound insulation rock wool production.
