Equipment structure features:
1) Choose a fixed furnace body.

4) The electrode lifting adopts full hydraulic proportional valve to control the lifting of the cylinder, and realizes the automatic lifting of the electrode, which is stable and reliable.
5) Each phase uses compensator, through-wall copper pipe, large-section water-cooled cable, conductive copper pipe, graphite electrode, etc. to form a space triangle arrangement of energy-saving short network.
6) Advanced and reliable proportional valve electrode lifting automatic regulator: automatic and manual operation can be achieved. Arc current setting range: 25%-120%, electrode response time: 0.15S.
7) The electrode holder adopts water-cooled stainless steel belt clamping, which is reliable and has a long life. The electrode clamp is driven by hydraulic pressure.
8) Cooling water system has pressure, water temperature monitoring, accident alarm.
9) Conductive cross arm adopts coppered steel composite plate structure, conductive area is balanced, clean and reliable, and the accident rate is low.
10) Electric furnace control computer management, Siemens PLC automatic control system, low-voltage electrical components using Schneider electrical components, complete sets of electrical equipment advanced safe and reliable.
