Equipment Description - Technical features of DC furnace equipment:

2) The temperature of the reaction zone of the molten pool is high, the temperature of the solution at the bottom of the furnace is uniform, the furnace eye is easy to open, and the iron is smooth.

4) The heat is concentrated, the crucible area of the melting pool is close to the bottom of the furnace, and the heat radiation of the solution slag line area is small, which has a good protection effect on the protection of resistant materials.
5) The DC electric furnace has a low flicker effect and noise, which is very beneficial to the power grid and the operator, and its flicker effect is only 50% to 70% of the AC electric furnace, and the noise during submerged arc operation is more than 20dB lower than that of the AC electric furnace.
6) The natural power factor of DC electric furnace is high, and the power factor can reach 0.90~0.96 without compensation.
