Process description:

  The main raw materials of the project, basalt, slag and co-solvent, are sent to the high bunker of the electric furnace for storage through the feeding device after batching and drying. Then, after measuring and weighing, it is uniformly lowered into the electric furnace by the cutting pipe, continuous power supply, continuous melting, released through the slag outlet, and entered the centrifuge to produce rock wool products.

This equipment process description:

  The flue gas of the rock wool electric furnace is cooled by the cooling smoke pipe, entered the high temperature bag dust collector for treatment, and discharged after reaching the national emission standard.
The main components of the rock wool production line are: centrifuge, cotton making machine, drying and curing furnace, cutting and packaging.
The centrifuge consists of a centrifugal roll running at high speed and an air ring surrounding the centrifugal roll. The high temperature melt flowing into the centrifuge is drawn into the fiber under the compound action of the centrifugal force of the centrifugal roller and the high-speed air flow emitted by the wind ring, and the fiber is blown to the collector. In the fiber forming process, the speed difference between it and the slag ball is used to effectively separate the non-fiber slag ball. At the same time, the binder is uniformly applied to the fiber surface by air atomization and multi-point injection.
