  The equipment is used to receive the hot melt slag from the silicon manganese ore furnace, the temperature of the original slag is about 1200-1300 degrees Celsius, after heating, tempering, heat preservation, the temperature reaches 1400-1500 degrees Celsius continuous delivery to the centrifuge for mineral wool use. This equipment is suitable for the production line of slag wool with an annual output of 30,000 tons.

  The arc is not exposed from beginning to end, and the mixed charge is added to the furnace in small batch with the drop of the material surface, so that the material surface in the furnace is maintained at a certain height, and the shape of a flat cone is displayed around the electrode. When the reduced silica ferromangmanganese water in the furnace is stored to a certain extent, the furnace eye is opened with a burners or round steel, and the molten iron and slag are released to remove the residue in the alloy, and then the ingot is cast in the ingot mold. Electric furnaces are supplied under a prescribed power supply system. The average electric furnace is produced once at an interval of 2 hours, and four furnaces are produced in 8 hours per shift. Use the water quenching water slag, after the completion of iron production, the winch will pull the ladle to the casting room to calm for about 20 minutes, the crane will lift the ladle, cast the molten iron into the ingot mold. After slightly cooling, the alloy is pry up, lifted into the iron box by the crane, and then cooled into the warehouse.
